The speakers have little built on clips so they can hang on monitors but only thin monitors. There is also a locking mechanism so you can turn the speakers into a small sound bar. Both good ideas but poorly executed. One of the speakers arrived broken. The case was broken and one speaker wire was broken. The speaker wires aren't strain relieved so even if the speakers didn't arrive broken they wouldn't have lasted very long. I repaired the speakers; I kind of wish I hadn't because now I can't attach pictures. When working, the speakers have very little base or volume. I didn't think Bose but I did think I would get a little better quality than I did. There are other options out there. So, unless you are desperate for little speakers you can hang on your monitor you might look at one of the other options.Read full review

I thought these speakers would be fine for my lappy music. They just barely mount on my 17 inch Lenovo computer. They look like they are ready to fall off at any time.I would have been smarter to buy a different set with better quality sound and a better mounting system. Live and learn, cheaper is not better.

Nothing fancy here,no big dynamic sound. It's an external speaker..no more..no less. You get what you pay for but the sound isn't that bad..not for what you are paying.
