While I used to build my own computers, and computers for my family, it's been a long time since I have done so. I'm really impressed with this Acer. It has all the features I need for personal work. It's extremely fast, quiet, and windows 10 works flawlessly. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you.

I bought this model as a scratch dent, and am very happy with it. There was 1minor 1 inch scratch on the top, and very small dent on the back add on card cover at the bottom rear of unit. Noticed a new power unit, other that that all ok. I Record a lot of videos from utube and movies, and edit and modify many pictures. For that this PC is GREAT. I have a lot of software installed, but after 6 months this PC is Very Fast as when new. I attach many external devices and the USB ports are fine, no problems. As I am not into gaming or blu ray, this model is more than adequate for my use. The price was a very good deal. I am sad for gamers as the desk tops for them are way too expensive for me. I have read many, Many comments, reviews and complaints about these Acer PCS. I would rather buy a refurbished PC, one that is fixed right. Both of my Acer Refurbs have not had 1 problem. I now have 3 of these, one of my favorite a Win 8.1 / I might add more than the 4 ram but do not really need to. If you are reluctant to get a refurb, I have been buying them for years and never had problems. And at the price I see here on these refurbs, I would grab one before its gone.Read full review
