Just got it today, 3/10/17. Have spent several hours downloading software from the site...no disc provided. While the camera produces nice video, it is a little difficult to finally set up. I find the GUI screens lacking in feature(s), as well as overall configuration settings that can be applied to the unit. There is no single "one area" configuration screen, like under a tools/settings area, but left click/right click in areas to access different settings. Not user friendly in that area in my opinion. My cheap WanScams were easier to configure and access over the net than this unit. This unit seems proprietary dependent on the software downloads for viewing over the net, as well as local in-house viewing. While it may support Android and such, I did not find any interface for IE, Chrome or Firefox. In all honesty, buyer error for not noticing it did not support IE, or other browser viewing abilities. Would I recommend...at the moment...in all honesty...NO. Perhaps my review will change some after I spend some more time playing with it, or find something I missed downloading to improve on it. Perhaps there is a firmware update that might be available, but the site provided in the instructions...pretty limited on what is presented on screen. The actual KKMoon site didn't offer much support help in the way of firmware or PC Browser support either. For the money and performance I suppose it is a good value if you don't need a feature rich camera, and the picture quality is good enough compared to others. I give it an "OK" rating merely for the lack of IE and other browser support for viewing.Read full review

I spent few days and give up to set up this camera to be able to access from any desktop computer due to very bad software this camera have. I own five other identical IP cameras like this but have regular software that is recognized and programmed by IP finder tool.

It works as expected and set up was easy.. I wish it had 2 way live audio.. You can either hear or talk but not at same time. The ability to move the camera is awesome.
