Pros are direct HDMI connection to modern TVs, a large number of games, and relatively low price for the system. Cons are poor (original resolution) graphics, some games that won't run at all, and system hangs. Might be OK on a small display. Doesn't work with DVI displays.

Most of the games are monotonous with poor graphics. There are a handful that are enjoyable. The joysticks are one if the biggest drawbacks because of their unresponsiveness. It's not just the wireless joysticks. I plugged in the wired joysticks made for the flashback 9 and they were worse experience than the wireless. This game would be improved by having a better selection of 2600 games and a better joystick. Also paddle controllers should have been included because some games require them. Overall find an old Atari 2600 and buy the games you are interested in playing. The experience will be much more enjoyable.

I like that it has an SD slot so that you can run all games (ROMS), however the paddles from the previous versions do not work. That is a little annoying. So, I have 8 and 9 hooked up to play.

I absolutely love this product it's exactly how I remember the games when I was younger. It is a flashback and so much fun. I might hand still hurt like they did when I was younger by using the joysticks too much. Lol
