I got it to work however had to call MS to get automated exchange of 20 numbers. It did work it just was not that easy. price was great. I will say to remove any old versions of office you have on computer before installing. The other small this is that on my old office version all the MS software programs were loaded under MS office. This install has individual programs. So in the past I would look for Microsoft then word, now i have to find word and launch. Seems I did not get everything loaded but got what I need excel word ppt, im happy

Ok, so I was very skeptical about this on if it would work or not. I thought it would be a scam honestly. But after reading that they had a 30 day return policy and guaranteed to give me a new key if it didn’t work, I figured I’d give it a shot. This was so simple. I got it to work within 2 minutes of buying it. This saved us so much money and has everything we need. I saw some people said it didn’t work but I don’t know why they wouldn’t just ask for a new key.. it says you can on their shop page. Also these keys are used but they have legally found a way to still use the used keys and make them work. Make sure you read all the fine print on their shop page so you can see how they are able to do this legally. That’s what did it for me. It makes sense. Install went great. This save me a ton of money. I initially has some issues where every time I opened word, excel, etc., it would require me to reenter the product key. This was fixed by search for "office repeatedly prompts you to activate on a new pc" and clicking the link that takes you to office support (reviews cannot contain links).

The only issue is that we had to phone into Microsoft to get the license validated. It would have been a lot easier if the license would have just directly validate when the software was installed.

I recieved the licence within minutes of paying via eBay private message. This licence is a genuine Microsoft licence. I needed to call in for activation vs. automatic activation, but everything is good to go.
