The phone has worked well, but there were problems in porting some apps and information from my old phone to it, and my learning curve has been not great without a manual to support the phone. I am fortunate that my husband knows his way around a phone and has generally been able to figure out how to address the issues I can't resolve myself. Initial set-up was simple for me to do myself, but getting the calendar to do what I want it to has been a bit frustrating. Chalk it up to operator incompetence. The other issue is that my husband likes to play with my phone instead of his, and may demand one of these for himself.

The phone is excellent value. Pair it with a small, pay-as-you-go cell plan for call minutes and text, and you can have a phone for less than ten dollars a month! It’s hard to beat that. I gave it three stars because of the obvious limitations of such an old model with limited memory capacity. But the price more than offsets those limitations. $10 a month!!!!!

This phone is great. It has wonderful features, some you didn't even know you needed. Its smooth, fast, easy to handle, and has a perfect sized display, the colors are brilliant. The pictures are beautiful, both front and back, the battery though not as long as my Galaxy phone can go pretty much all day long if not heavily used (streaming videos, music, taking photos etc) even still it will last at least over half the day. This one is only 8GB internally with only about 6.4 available to me, but that's ok, i popped a 32GB SD Card in and it automatically pushes everything to the SD Card, i don't have to go in and move apps, and photos, etc to it. It seamlessly loaded a file that i always load on my phone from my computer since i need it, before i had trouble getting it on there or it took what seemed like forever, but this one was quick and easy. Only issue i had with the phone is that it didn't support the samsung transfer app, but there is a mobile transfer app that can be downloaded from the play store that allows you to do it. Just delete it after. Overall, i'm super satisfied with this phone. Great buy for those looking for a good phone with super features AND for those looking for a budget phone. Read full review

If you are looking for a smallish android smartphone at a very low price, a used Moto G LTE is worth looking at. It is the second iteration of the first generation model, and it has 4G/LTE capability as well as a microSD card slot. Compared to current smartphones, the weak point is the camera. It takes good snapshots, but there are smartphones with better cameras out there.

I wanted a reasonable priced smart phone with LTE support. So I ordered MOTO G LTE version. After using iPhone 3gs for a long time I absolutely loved the 720p display this phone had. It uses almost stock version of Android without annoying bloatware. And couple apps that is does have preinstalled from Motorola were actually useful. The cameras (front and back) are decent. Especially for that price.
