Got two of these budget HD6450 labeled cards (fan cooled) to keep old 1/2 height SFF Dell PCs. The old optiplex 745's had a similar HD6450 card but with passive heat-pipe cooler that overheated and ballooned up. .... These replacements seem to work fine and give reasonable 'experience index' . Graphics 5.3 (was 4.5), game graphics 6.4 (was 6.3) Oddly Catalyst reports as HD 7000 series. why? The performance did go up with them over old HD6450 so must be newer gen GPUs.

Exactly what I needed to run SketchUp Make (a 3D modeling computer program) on an older HP Slimline Desktop computer. At AMD site I downloaded the software that recognizes the installed hardware before installing the card and after installing card I ran the software and everything worked out perfect. While Web Browsing the graphics CPU on default settings runs at 54-59 °C and gets up to about 62-68 °C with a little more intensive rendering on 27" monitor @ 3840 x 2160.
