So, this is overall an amazing laptop. It's fast, can actually be upgraded to 64gb of RAM instead of the listed 32gb, and your limiting factor is your connection. Most of the time. I've had weird freezing-up issues where the laptop just froze doing a single thing (playing a game on Steam or browsing the interwebs), I had to unplug it and wait for the battery to die before plugging it back in. Hard reset holding the power button would not shut it down. The battery. These batteries swell/expand to 5x the size and is a system flaw with nearly all EVGA laptops. I was confused why the screws on the front undersize bezel started to pop out after only a few months, and it took until the battery had mostly expanded to realize why. It almost broke the touch-pad and keyboard there was so much pressure pushing out. There was a 5mm vertical gap in the front bezel. I'm not joking that it's almost ALL of these laptops that have this battery flaw. I can't find replacements for the battery either, so it's basically a small-form desktop PC now. The battery can be removed and the laptop still function. It's just defeating the purpose of a laptop being functional without a cord. Read full review
