Not a bad older card if ur ok with it running hotter than newer models. It's only a small step up in price to get something like a 560/560ti though which if your getting this for gaming is a lot better as this is basically a fully unlocked gts450. Runs pretty hot (this generation was nicknamed "furnace" for a reason) and this red and black msi models fan at stock is so loud you're pretty much forced to use their program afterburner to control the curve. Overall decent for what its worth if you can find it for a reasonable price. AMD equivalents are the Radeon HD 5770/6770,

This card is awesome. I wanted to play Final Fantasy XIV, which is an online game, but the download to test my card for minimum requirements said I needed a 1000 score to meet the minimum requirements for the game. My old card made it to 789 and I couldn't even see the video portion of the test, but the sound was there. When I installed this card, I could see the video and scored 3845 on the test. A very quiet fan and almost flawless graphics puts it up there with the higher priced cards. I have no lag on any games I play.
Came with out an anti-static bag, not the safest way to ship a graphics card, but it still works, so I guess that doesn't really matter.
