The design and features of this 10/22 stock are first rate. I love the adjustability and the fact that no tools are needed to do so. Now, for the less than wonderful parts. The fit for my box stock 10/22 was TIGHT. It took quite a bit of hand fitting to even get the action into the stock. The instructions say that the next time will be easier. I hope so 'cause it was a pain. After some time the stock will probably "stretch" and conform to the receiver. I have not been willing to try removing the rifle from the stock to find out. The extras included are a nice touch and saved me from another shopping trip to locate sling swivel studs. I have not used the barrel tensioner so the barrel is completely free floated for now. Once it cools enough a trip to the range will determine if it is needed or not. The extended mag release was not needed as my rifle already had one. I would like it if there was a smooth cover for the Picatinny rail on the fore end that could be used with a sling swivel stud in place. The supplied rail cover is comfortable but cannot be used with a sling mounted on the rail. For using a sling only as a carry strap, the flush cup mounts fore and aft on either side of the stock would work fine but as an aid to marksmanship, having the sling on the underside of the forearm is preferable. Time will tell if the color remains "range master red" or fades to some version of pink. Good stock, just be prepared to do some sanding, grinding, and fitting.Read full review

OK, let's be frank....I do Agree with the other Reviewers. Fit is TIGHT, cursing TIGHT. The stock is made for the Sporter and the .920 barrel. The Sporter fits, the .920 does require some material removal at the receiver end, but no biggie with a Dremel and sanding disk. The Barrel Tensioner that came with mine did not fit, but it is an option and I am not using it for now ( Umm Dremel Tool ). Once it's fit and assembled, It just has a cool factor ! Everyone at the range comments, friends want one. Is it worth the effort ? YUP Is it expensive? NOPE Will I keep mine? Shure will ....... Come on guy's, It's Plastic ( or composite ) and it's a 10-22. Still for a hundred or so bucks and a little effort (curse, curse ), you can't beat all the adjustability and the COOL factor... Throw an overly large Scope on top and did I mention, COOL ? Check the videos, Look for some pics. I think it's worth it. JimRead full review

This stock certainly has a lot of nice features; adjustable comb and LoP, picatinny secctions up front, sling swivel cups, etc. But... 1) the receiver inlet was super tight; my receiver wouldn't go in without A BUNCH of filing, 2) the barrel channel was SUPER crooked; my Tactical Solutions barrel (.920") was jammed up against the barrel channel. The channel had to be filed down for it to even fit, non-free-floated. To get it to free-float, so much filing was needed that I filed into the front sling swivel cup. I thought, well, maybe my receiver or barrel is crooked so I borrowed my buddy's Magpul X22 stock to test the fit. Low and behold, my receiver and barrel dropped right in and the barrel was even perfectly centered in the barrel channel. I emailed ProMag twice about this with not even an email reply. I normally like Pro-Mag products and have their M1A scope mount, Remington Shotgun mag extension, among other items, but I'm highly disappointed by the quality of this stock. This would be 1 star if it were not for the nice features.Read full review

Little bit heavier than I expected for a plastic/polymer stock. The initial fit was tight but directions did say it would be. Second and 3rd disassemble was far smoother. Did come with some extra goodies like a bolt buffer and extended mag release.

This is a great after market stock, very adjustable for the perfect fit and the colored stocks look great. The fit is not bad, had to file the inside of the barrel channel on one side in the at the back of the channel where the barrel is wide to get the barrel to line up straight instead of off to one side. Other than that it looks killer.
