I’ve been shooting airguns for over 40 years. First BB guns, then stepping up to pellet rifles. When I first received my Hatsan 95, I took the suppressor apart. The 2 inner mesh cylinders have a white fiber cover that is loosely wrapped around the cylinders. I sewed them securely with braided nylon line, carefully reinstalled everything as it was shipped. My Hatsan .25 cal is very quiet & accurate. Extremely powerful. I’ve done some impact testing & these are a deadly weapon, and also a very efficient hunting rifle. The power is about equivalent to a .22 CB CAP Short cartridge, which is a very good squirrel & rabbit gun. This Hatsan Model 95 .25 is well built, by my standards, & seems like it should outlast me. Nice walnut wood stock & the steel is the best I’ve seen on a break barrel air rifle. Heavy action with a heavy steel bar piston rod. The perfect lead pellet for these air rifles is JSB Exact King .25 caliber/25.39 grains. Excellent bore fit & accuracy. Plenty of velocity as well. I hit a soda can at 20 yards with my first shot, right out of the box. Read full review
