This is my first reloading press, because you are dealing with explosives you need to be careful read and follow all the instructions, a good reloading manual would be a good investment. The powder measuring is very important. I replaced the powder feeder that came with the press, i purchased the next model up that has an adjustable drum for the powder, makes it easier to fine tune the powder charge. Also purchased the factory crimp die just to be on the safe side, if you are using brass from one manufacture you should not need this die, but i am using once fired brass from a range that are from different manufactures, so either you need to trim the brass length or use the factory crimp die that does not need the brass to be the same length. For the price this is a quality press and a good value. Read full review

I have many friends who use the Lee Load Master with great success with Pistol cartridges. The biggest drawback to the loadmaster is the initial setup is difficult. There are numerous video's that instruct you what to do though.

Directions from Lee are not great but YouTube helped a lot. Took a little adjusting, but within 3 hours of opening the box I was loading ammo. First batch was 300 rounds of 9mm in about an hour and a half. Watch YouTube videos on how to smooth out the action and adjust the indexing of the shell plate. Easy stuff, but you want that knowledge before you get started. Great buy.

Kit didn't include primer feed pictured, instead a small fold over container that is flimsy at best. The quality of the main press is good and the dies are good, the rest including the primer feed is not what I would expect. Everything taken into consideration, it was a reasonable price to pay for a progressive loader. If I had it to do over, I would buy a single stage loader, probably from LEE.

Setting up is not too bad but be careful with the powder dispenser. I will rotate by itself while in use and turn the powder supply off. I put a piece of masking tape to hold mine. Also I was unable to get my case dispenser to properly seat the case in the turret without using my fingers to place it properly. I do not recommend the bullet installer because it drops too many bullets and you can do it faster with less frustration by hand. I can load a couple of hundred rounds per hour when all goes well.
