I was so happy to find this folding stock. All the other ones seem to be plastic and look rather awkward at the rear of the gun, at the hinge point. This design seems like the better design. But they stopped making them! So when I found this I jumped on it. Great price, still new in wrapper. Very happy!

Added this folding stock to my Remington 870 and it looks great. Had some difficulty installing it, so I took it to my local gun shop. There was some kind of problem with the bolt attachment, but after about ten minutes they had it on the gun and it works fine. A vast improvement over the plastic knockoffs.

Purchased for $160ish, and despite the steep cost I'm happy I paid the extra money to aviod the plastic ATI knockoff. Once installed, this stock looks absolutely professional, locks up tight both open and closed, and provides your shotgun more capabilities by becoming more compact. Grip is a resilient plastic, little bit glossy, and fits large hands excellently. The shoulder portion of the stock has a spring built in that automatically flips it into the ready position when released, and keeps it from clanking or moving. The drilled holes on the underside accommodate (4) shotgun shells, however I plan on fabricated a custom shell holder to be bolted on later. The stock is made of quality steel. Because I installed a slightly raised heat shield, I had to slightly file down the frame for the locking button to activate, simple modification. ...and this time you get to own one of these stocks! Brand new, still in grease stocks from 45+ years ago? Longer? My memory fades. Nothing bad to say as it is NEW. Only thing missing is the "glue-on" thin rubber pad that always came off of these stocks. Want a pristine stock? Buy this one before this piece of history sells out.
