This is a lovely little point and shoot with a fast lens. It's older but if used properly and can create excellent images from it. I usually shoot jpeg but if you want more dynamic range shoot RAW obviously (Capture One 20 Pro supports files). The ex2f isn't so much ergonomic with my large hands but having something that I can take anywhere makes it enjoyable. This is the second one I have own and currently enjoying it to the fullest. If you fine one under $100US, I think it's worth the buy.

Samsung raised the bar on pocket cameras with the NV7 years back and I bought one. Imagine putting high quality glass on a pocket camera. The next step? Better glass and pro quality sensor without a Leica budget, the EX2F. Short zoom lens will match cameras in the 2K price range. I prefer my Olympus Pen F for choice of lenses but this gives me a back up that fits in my shirt pocket unlike even the smallest mirror less cameras. Point and shoot or choose many features to make the perfect shot that a phone camera just can't match. Low light hand held has been my photo trademark from old film days but cheap slow lenses just don't do it. Samsung pulled the plug after shaking the photo world with some of the best ideas in digital. I watched for one of these cameras to pop up under $200.00 and have not looked back. Bicycling I rarely leave this one behind. I will grab a tele and ultra wide lens to carry when I really don't have room for my pro cameras.Read full review
