I’ve always liked Seiko. After gifting my Seiko Monster to my son I’ve been wanting another Seiko. I absolutely love this watch. It’s nick named the turtle. It’s one of the most comfortable wearing watches I’ve ever owned and I’ve owned over 200. As most others have stated, the bracelet isn’t the best but it’s ok. Most change out the bracelet for a NATO strap but I haven’t. I did however try it on a Isofrane as pictured, but switched back to the bracelet. The pin and collar bracelet is a pain to size so if you’re not capable, take it to someone who is to size it. I did my own but it wasn’t easy. Overall, this watch is incredible. Get One!

As a lover of fine automatic watches, I always thought Seiko only made quartz watches. I was surprised to find out that they also make automatic watches, and I bought this one to have an inexpensive dive watch in my collection for travel to places where you just don't want to be wearing an expensive watch. I have to say...I'm extremely impressed at this watch. It's a REALLY nice comfortable watch. I normally wear a Submariner, so I'm used to a high end watch. I haven't taken this Seiko off since I got it last week. It looks great, it runs great. I love the slightly-square "turtle" shape. Honestly...everyone makes a clone of the Submariner and it's lame for the collector to have every dive watch look like a Submariner. This watch is cool and different. Very eye catching.

This is the exact Watch I wanted. Originally got the SRP777 but disliked the rubber band with metal keeper as it bit into my arm and never stayed put. It moved all day forcing me to constantly fix the band. After I got the SRP773 sized, it's been ok my wrist daily and is keeping very accurate time. Only running about 8 seconds fast per day. If you're considering this timepiece, get it. You won't regret it.

I´m really enjoying my new seiko. Its quite an upgrade in every way from the legendary SKX007. It has the vintage divers look. The dial is a beautiful dark blue that looks even better in person, the lume is really bright and lasts all night. The mineral hardlex crystal is quite good, and from my SKX experience is practically shatter proof, very resistant to scratches. Speaking of the case, its a lot bigger than the SKX but wears comfortably, its quite heavy, which I like. The 4r36 movement is much better than the 7s26. It has hacking winding and its really easy adjusting the date. Mine runs a little bit fast, around +10 seconds a day. The crown screws better than the SKX. And If you like changing straps it has drilled lugs so changing straps is really fast. As with seikos at this price range, the bracelet is where they save money on. Its really comfortable, feels really solid, but I´m not a big fan of the buckle, which feels cheap, I´ll probably upgrade in the future. The only other bad aspect of the watch is the common chapter ring misalignment issue. If it was a swiss watch it would at least cost 3 times more. If you´re considering buying this watch, go for it. You will not regret it!Read full review

I look at the watch at every moment, and I can´t find any bad things on it. It is just perfect. I have a lot of watches, I collect watches. Seiko was always a fantastic brand, and is great that on 2017 they still making great watches. This "turtle" should cost 4 times more, is so well made, so precisely, so beautiful watch, that I will go for the PADI and Blue Lagoon versions.
