First a few recomandations Get out a Phillips Screwdriver for assembly and something that holds Nuts ( metric ) for the final tightening. Only a few basic tools are required. Nut Drivers or a small adjustable Wrench should be fine. The biggest one is only 10mm. Make sure that you have a little space around the assembly area to move around. Separate the pieces carefully. They stick together. Put the Feet on asap so that you don't have to lift the corners up and hold it to put them on. As soon as the frame is put together lay the Shelf and Top in place.( no screws ) They really stiffen up the whole thing. Because you haven't tightened the Screws yet. This also gives you a place to put the Drawers together and place the pieces for the rest of the assembly. (The Drawers are the only part that is thin and weak ) I put the Screws, Washers, Nuts in a Magnetic Bowl to keep them together. ( In the end I was short 3 Bolts, 3 Washers, 4 Nuts ) I changed the assembly for the Light Hood and used self tapping Screws to screw down the top. Not the Brackets. Be patient with the more difficult Nuts and Washers. There are only a few that are in tight spaces. ( Brackets ) They're aquatinted with the Drawers I mentioned earlier. The directions are pretty simple. Put part B1734R on piece 78L with Screws 17B ect. Pay attention to the Bolts used. The description of the size is in the back of the book. Put the unit in the location for use before tightening the Screws. ( lots of Screws ) That way it's stable right from the start. Make sure that you purchase Pegboard accessories. It doesn't come with any. And pay attention to the AC outlets. Put them on the best end you can out them on either side. I reversed the assembly so that the Cord was in a better position for my Outlets. For the most part I'm very happy with the product. For around 80$ ( 3$ less ) + Tax you can't beat this Workbench. The Box says that it's capable of supporting Hundreds of Pounds. And 25# for each Drawer. The Drawers are the akilies heal they aren't very strong. Even the fronts are thin and Plastic hardware is included. This is probably the only thing that I would strengthen before hand. I have a have a bad habit of overloading Drawers with Tools. I Glue the Bottoms in with a Hot Glue Gun. That way bending isn't likely, only breakage. And possiblity i'll add a little strength to the front. A piece of Plywood possibly. I'm happy 😊 with the product.Read full review

It is such a great product and design, but all the metal parts are made of that thin gauge metal that makes it flop all over the place after you put it together. The wood surfaces add structure, but leveling can be very challenging. The pegboard, light and electrical outlet are awesome! I do not regret this purchase, but i will have to cross-brace/reinforce the legs.

This is not a work horse table, but what it is is something good for the guys/gals that just want to have a place to work on every day things around the house. This does take some time to put together, took me at least 1 hour. Directions are easy (be sure to refer to last page in manual for bolt descriptions) and decent diagrams. Once put together tighten all the screws and it stiffens up nicely. Again, if your looking for something to strip down a car engine on, this is not for you... but to fix a weed eater, yes.

If you are doing light mechanical repairs it is alright the drawer bottoms won’t support anything substantial. The worktop is adequate. The light should have a switch. Mine arrived damaged, one of the drawer slides is unusable. The $15 dollar refund is laughable.

This bench took me a good while to assemble, there are a ton of screws to put in. The instructions were decent but could be better. I was worried as I put it together because the metal seemed thin and wobbly, however once I went back and tightened the screws, it became pretty solid. I would give it 5 starts except the drawers are a little loose and very thin. Would not want to put anything solid and heavy in the drawers. Overall a very good value for the price!
