I had to buy this book for a health education class. The book is put together soundly. I'm not overly impressed with the content, but I'm not totally disappointed either.
This is a great book, the book gives a good point of view of health and fitness. This book, not only teaches you how to take care of your body but it teaches you the safer way of losing weight and to keep it off. I love this book.Plus it comes with a guide to track your health!
