If you call this A WATCH, you are missing the entire concept. It is NOT ... it is an electronic module and mine is totally loaded withy 300 names and phone numbers, 50 emails and addresses, the ability to set five alarms, select the time in 100 cities around the world, use the count-down timer simultaneously use the 100th of a second stopwatch to do laps and sp0lits and whatever. If you are terribly proud of your Roklex Dateview or yoour silly thousand-plus watches with the dumb-assed little dials, please doin't make fun of us who wear a tool that has the answers when you need them...not on your stupid Iphone or smartphone or laptop that you won't have with you when you are at the ER and your relati9ve is dying of something. Get a life! This is my fourtyh and I just bought two more brand new, and they are discontinued as GEEKY for backup-s, now discontinued. If you want the job done in seconds, and are tired of filling out forms in doctor's offices without your prescriptions, names and addresses, appoinntments, etc. because you left your big toy at home...or the battery died...or you blew out the mem ory by pushing the wrong button, eat your heart out. My first one was $80 but the last two I bought here on eBay in the past two months were CHEAP at $185. Go figure. I wikll maintain this stance forever and hope that CASIO puts it or better back on the market ... especially every time I see my loving brother shake his precious "self-winding" precious Omega that he bought in Germany in the Air Force. One thing you learn while tryin to run a business, is that if it doe34sn't work, don't do it ... and never make the same mistake twice ... and if you want a real backup, put all your new data and notes on a 3x5 card and shove them in your shirt pocket each time you leave the house. You won't be the first, and it cost less than a buck and they can be spread out thirty or more at a time on any flat surface and you can beat any computer anwhere in retrieving data that will put your competition oiut of business. BTDT many, many times! Al ..."i see suzie had her braces off on tuesday; do we do the shoot next week" ... before your Pros have hit a key!Read full review
This is my third one of these. I have been wearing data bank watches for over 10 years. Many watches like this one are black plastic, look cheap and break easy. But this model has a full metal case and band. I am not easy on my watches and have broken more than my share, but this one is near indestructible. The only downside to this is that in order to ensure I don't break it the face cover has to be made of thick plastic. As rough as I am on watches it tends to pick up scratches, and paint as I carelessly scrape it along walls. But someone who is more careful than me would not have this problem. And for the most part these all buff out pretty easily with just a wet dish cloth. I use the calculator function fairly often at work where I cannot take my cell phone.
watch as just as described, these watches do not have a metal case so after a few years the band pins brake out of the case. i really like the data watch and this is the 3rd one i have had in 10 years

I've always loved Casio watches. Especially this model. Was very upset when it was discontinued. Glad to have it again. A great buy at a great price. 2 Thumbs up.
