It sounds awesome. Makes a better bass than a Bass or Mono Station with its rich modulation capabilities. The polyphony sounds as fat as it gets. Now, you can get a lot with a single voice (oscillator), but once you try patches with 2, 4 or 8 voices - you quickly start craving more polyphony, so having a 16 voice option would be nice. Also - while saving space by not having any keys is the better option for a crowded studio - having an attachment like the Roland Boutique keyboard or a hollowed out Circuit with grid input and sequencing would be even more awesome... All that said - love it. My favorite synth.

If you like a nice polyphonic synth look no further this is the guy for you! The other polytechnic synth I have is the berhinger deepmind 12 they are two totally different beasts I really love the sounds coming out of this synth!
