The One Minute Manager
The book is the best management guide I have ever read, short of the Bible. I have had a copy of the book since 1982. I purchased this copy for use by couple of friends who just began managed groups of people. The one minute method is simple, easily understood, and provides lasting examples of how to effectively work with people to accomplish much more. In my management career of some 28 years now, I have used these principles diligently and have found them to be tried and true. I have discovered that this is the way I prefer to be managed as well. Therefore, I have also provided copies to my supervisors over the years and still continue to do so. I highly recommend this book, plus a follow-on book titles, Situational Leadership, by the same authors.

Book was in good condition something sticky was on front wiped it down with baby wipes other than that love the book so far and almost done reading. Cover had a crease other than that pages were in great condition. Thank You 🙏

Huge Kenneth Blanchard fan...so I am bias. Just wanted to get that out in the open from the start. The One Minute Manager has become one of my SECOND favorite, easy-read management books. The parable format suits my mind well and I can learn from his easy writing style. If you find yourself stagnant at workhome and start to get negative or only notice the down side of things....get and read this book. It will lift your spirits. Mr. Blanchard has a theme throughout his books....concentrate on the behaviors you desire and address and let go of the behavoirs you don't. I am far from mastering this...but am trying hard and already see positive results from my fledging efforts.
