I would imagine it's the hard drives fault but this computer is so slow it is worthless.
maybe it's the hard drive who knows all I know is I stare at the freaking loading screen all day long they should never ever sell this computer as a premium computer it is worthless. my five year old computer loads faster than this that's great it has discrete graphics and all that crap don't waste your time. I'm absolutely pissed I spent $600 on something that's not usable past 2008. It just makes me want to smash my desk I hate you Dell.
