The book Pressure Perfect is a must have for anyone who cooks with a pressure cooker. If you are a beginner with a pressure cooker, or thinking of purchasing one, this book is great. It explains how a pressure cooker works, the best ones to buy, how to use your grammas old style pressure cooker, etc. I've tried many recipes including the meat loaf (in TEN MINUTES), mashed potatoes, rice, and even cheesecake (yummy). Every recipe has been amazing!

Great for Beginners!
I bought the book hoping to learn how to cook in My new electric pressure cooker. I knew nothing about pressure cooking and now I am cooking away thanks to this book! The book helps not only helps you learn to cook in either type of cooker(electric or stovetop) it has awesome recipes from comfort food to gormet. I recommend it to both the novice and experienced with pressure cooking. I am going to be buying a few more of this book for gifts to new pressure cooker owners.
