This is one hot little oven. I am still getting used to the cooking times. Be prepared to either stand watch over it, or be prepared for some burnt offerings. I've used 6 slicers for decades; they're cheap and degrade overtime. This oven is new so I don't know how long it will last, but it has cut my baking times in half. In Half. And the roasted potatoes are still crispy and brown, tender inside. And they taste incredible with only the new oven being the difference. The tray is huge! It can work as a drip pan as well, and the two racks are interchangeable, but the drip pan should go on top. The controls are a breeze and a joy to use! My old oven had manual dials with lines as thick as two toothpicks, no way could you set an accurate temp. This is digital. Makes a nice electronic beep like "Hey, come and see what's ready!" It takes up more space than other ovens, just a few inches though, take a measurement all the same. The door handle is insulated, the glass door pane gets really, really hot, be careful. The top and the top of the sides get hot, but the rest remains touchable - but don't try that. Always wear oven mitts around this little guy. The huge pan has not buckled once so far, like the other oven pans did. It is louvered so the items are raised off the surface every other half inch. It has a pull out crumb tray, the top cooking element is huge! It says it needs a 7 minute preheat - more like just throw it in. So it will take a little adjusting to use this super fast oven - and it also has a convection setting; so far, I haven't dared - It will also Broil, toast, bake, roast, reheat and defrost. So far I am knocked out by this oven's capabilities. And all this for a wonderfully affordable price. Worth every penny and every star.Read full review

I think the temperature unit is not right. when I cook a small Pizza in my Faberware @ 400 degrees for 15 min. it comes out a Medium Brown. when I cooked it in this unit @ 400 degrees for 15 Min., it came out Very Burnt looking. Therefore, it has to be a problem with your Temp Control being a bit OFF! I also think a small Interior Light would help the User see what the Item being cooked , looks before it's done and timer goes off.

my wife love this oven is so easy to use. my wife love to cook and bake, she bakes so much she burn three stoves in eleven years. that is the reason I purchase this oven for her, now she don't have to use the large stove oven that takes longer to heat up and use more electricity. and hopefully the new stove will last longer than the last one. she bake a crumb cake in it and it was fantastic. this oven is great. I am glad I go it for her. I recommend this oven. great purchase

I love the oven. I think it will handle most if not all my cooking needs without having to use the oven on my range. I do feel there could be some more detailed instructions on usage - such as where convection is suitable and where standard bake would be preferable. I figured them out, but more detail could be handy for a new user on control functions. Overall, I am more than pleased with the oven and the value. My only issues with performance is that on the "toast" setting it tends to dry the bread more than to toast it. The "Broil" function is a little weak or slow. "Bake" and "Convection Bake" are excellent - results as good as or better than my full size gas oven and faster.
