This item does NOT fit a 2003 Ford F-250 Super Duty XLT without extensive knowledge of wiring and prefab to dash. Customer service Sucks and was VERY disappointed considering the price vs. other options. I asked for return information and was never provided any. Buyer BEWARE!

This item has been sold 739 times, with only one complainer, Mr. lionsden_69. He FAILED where 738 people before him SUCCEDDED. Yes we tried to help him but he seemed INCAPABLE of understanding even basic directions. Clearly he should have sought professional installation assistance since HIS COMPREHENSION WAS SO POOR. I wish I could warn other sellers about him since he's incapable of reading or following even the most simple instructions, and he just grows enraged at his own limitations.

    Its working for me so far

    Did the job just fine so far, only used for 4 months. A lot of features for the price. I did need to purchase an extension for the radio antenna that I thought it should have come with. Only bummer so far.
