Very nice detector
I’ve been detecting for many years now and have used many detectors. With that said, I really enjoy using this detector. It’s light weight, simple to use, rechargeable, wireless headphones, Accurate VDI, and it has very good recovery speed. It’s great bang for the buck in the mid range detectors. The only minor quirk I have with this machine is that it can be chattery, depending on the environment sometimes you have to throttle down the sensitivity quite a bit to stabilize it, but it still performs well at lower sensitivity. Overall I would recommend this detector to a friend. I’ve been detecting for many years now and have used many detectors. With that said, I really enjoy using this detector. Easy to assembly, feels sturdy except for the hard plastic handle feels cheap. The controls are a little confusing at first and took a 2nd look through the book. Very adjustable, this detector will fit a detectorist of almost any size but it's a little heavy for my 6 year old. Bench test was good but field test showed flaws. machine was very chatty even after adjusting sensitivity and frequency. it made it hard to lock in on targets. depth was nothing special 4 - 6 inches at best. Target ID was all over the place and I ended up digging anything with a good tone.
