I decided to buy this book, since I am a long time fan of Kathy Smith. She has grown with her age. She practices what she writes and teaches on her fitness dvds. This book is so informative but very simple to understand and the layout is great. It's not over my head, but not so simple I want to donate it:) She does a great job of conveying her years of nutrition and fitness knowledge in this power packed book. Great Healthy recipes and excercises included - This book is great for all situations from the "biggest loser" to just wanting to lose 10lbs because it's all about changing your habits and enjoying the difference. Get the book!!!
