A very sturdy and solid piece of equipment at a reasonable price. It's versatility allows for many exercises to be performed maintaining its integrity even when using heavier weights. I was a bit apprehensive after making the purchase thinking it may not be adequate but it certainly is. I would absolutely recommend this piece for any home gym. It proves you don't need to spend a lot of money for good quality. It does the job well.

For building a home gym on a budget, this power rack is near perfect. It's sturdy enough for everything I can throw at it. The pull-up bar does have noticeable flex, but is sturdy enough that I do not see any issues in the near future. My main gripe with this rack is that the paint chips off like crazy. I am using an Ohio Power Barbell with zinc oxide coating and the paint from this rack gets ripped off and covers the bar as soon as contact is made. The black zinc oxide coating is also being torn off of my barbell but that may be the barbells fault and not the rack. All in all, for a budget rack this is perfect as long as you don't mind it looking like it's been through a war after a few weeks of heavy use.

500# is more than enough for a starter. Seams very solid. Doesn't rock to much. And the chin-up bar is at a good height. I'm 5'11" and it's way better than my doorway bar.

Nice power rack. Not commercial quality but great for home gym. 1 downfall is that the paint starts chip off automatically after first use. Other than that, great piece of equipment for the price.

Off to a good start. Not bad for the money. Haven’t pushed it to the 450 lbs capacity yet. But holds 350 just fine.
