This CD had a very good sound. It was a replacement for the same CD I had and which got thrown away, accidentally. It contains some of Leon Russell's best known songs such as "This Masquerade," "A song for You," and "Tightrope." It also contain fourteen other songs, including my very favorites, "Delta Lady" and "Back to the Island." The CD was well packaged and arrived right on time. I highly recommend this to his fans and others who think they may like other songs by him. He was a very talented musician who left us some wonderful music to remember him by.

Great compilation mastered by one of the greatest mastering engineers in the world, Steve Hoffman. Steve went back to the masters of each individual track, unlike the vinyl edition which used sources other than the original masters. The sound is proof -- better on this CD -- and I don't often say that about a CD vs. an LP. Bravo!
