I haven't completely finished this book yet and I am already in awe of the author Tosca Reno. It doesn't take long until you realize that you are reading a workout masterpiece. The book is extremely well put together - well written, illustrated and documented. The information is crystal clear. I will work every exercise in this book and even better will know why I am working out this particular way. Very impressed!!!
I found this book to be a waste of time, I have lifted weights for 15 years and was looking for some fresh perspective. Tosca's book is informative if you have never lifted or know absolutely nothing about lifting, but it does ramble about ridiculous things. I love the eat clean diet but was very disappointed in this book. The DVD that accompanies it is even worse, very VERY basic and not motivating at all, not something that you need to watch more than once. These basics can easily be learned by browsing the internet and or asking a trainer at the gym. Don't waste your time or money.
Love this work-out - compliments Eat Clean diet series books - easy to follow guidelines! Would love to see more work-outs from the same author!! Great for beginners and advanced alike. Good variety and examples of modified exercises.
