I own pretty much the entire catalogue of what was made by Frankie Goes to Hollywood and I have to admit that most 'Best of' titles contain a lot of unwanted 'fluff'. Remix and 12" albums give you multiple mixes of what is already commonly available and 'Very Best of's' don't give you anything extra than if you'd bought the original releases! This falls into the latter unblemished versions, but it is all the better for it. Frankie only bothered the charts for 3 and a half years, but they never had a flat spot until they imploded. This covers their short, tumultious career and at the end you're left hoping one day the five angry young men could one day bury the hatchet and make one last definitive statement for their fans!

Great collection! Two fairly long CDs, one with the greatest hits in their standard single versions and the other with rare and interesting extended versions from 12" singles. Not the same songs on both discs and so different they are all very enjoyable to listen to all the way through. Perfect sound and nice liner notes and pictures inside.
