So my 2 year old is obsessed with chainsaws (just like his daddy). I knew I needed to get him his own, and my 3 1/2 daughter showed interest as well....she wanted a pink one. So I looked up kids you chainsaws and found that only Husqvarna made a pink one...so I went for that and the Stihl for my son. They showed up, and my daughters Husky was broken right out of the box. It worked, but you had to mess with the chain to get it moving for a few seconds. She grabbed my son's and liked the real pull start, the switches....and as a parent, i love the volume control. He'd sleep with it if we would let him!

I ordered this Saw after noticing my 20 month old son picking up sticks and pretending it was a chainsaw and making sounds out when we were working on our property. He was really happy with it! He really likes the fact he can pull the pull starter cord and it starts up and sounds like it’s idling, once he mastered the safety throttle lock ( I have no idea why they put this on there) he now can rev up the motor and the rubber blade spins.
