I was looking for some good chicken recipes and found some in this book. Trying to change out of the same old dull routine of dinners that I am too use to. Will try other recipes from time to time. Using my new toaster convection oven for these.

It is a good cookbook, but the recipes are not basic, everyday recipes, so wasn't as helpful as I was hoping for. I am looking for something that would help me convert typical dishes that I make now and convert them to convection cooking. This does give me a few ideas though.

Why I bought it? The convection oven I bought did not come with one. What I dislike about it? Nothing. Why do I love it? Don't love books. But I like the one I bought because it has numerous recipes for the convection oven I bought in it, and I use it regularly, if I don't happen to remember what to do next, or what I need to add to the mix. It is a great tool for any cook that needs an extra helping hand in the kitchen. Don't remember whether to use baking soda or baking powder? Look in the book. Is that self-rising flour or plain flour? Look in the book you bought to find every answer. If it isn't in there, then you can probably just buy the food at the fast food joint, because only good for you items are in a cookbook. Sometimes, it depends on what you actually put in the mix, but cookbooks are made for everyone, and it takes initiative to make it healthy, and good for you.Read full review
The book is just o.k. I wanted it for HOW TO USE a convection oven (I have a new one and no instructions); instead this is truly just a cookbook and while cheap enough (good value) didn't do the job I wanted it for.

This cookbook for Convection Oven's has a ton of really good recipes in it. Usually I get a cookbook and it has all these weird and exotic recipes that I would never make. This cookbook has a lot of the type of recipes I will REALLY make!
