As one of the thousands of John Denver fans who loved his concerts and records back in the 1970s and beyond, this CD is a godsend. My old faves are still great, but they're clearer and sweeter than ever. Anyone who loves nature can enjoy John's songs, and his legacy of music not only reminds us of how beautiful the untamed world still is, but takes us back to younger years when we had more time and energy to really appreciate the world. My family vacationed in the Rockies when I was a little girl; and as an adult, I've driven through the Appalachians and worked on farms. It's delightful to once again hear John's delight at the emotions and sensations that come with time spent away from the crowded, dirty, noisy city. I highly recommend this CD to anyone who loved Denver's work.

I still love John Denver. His music and songs will live on. I saw him in concert twice and the man was awesome. I miss him. I have a lot of his vinyl and unfornately I can't play them and am slowly redoing my collection of his music with CD's until I can burn my own CD's.
This is the John Denver cd to get. For some reason most others I saw were missing at least one of his biggest hits. This has all of his biggest hits and was priced modestly. Quality of sound is quite good. Russ
