This DVD is one of my favorites and I frequently come back to it because it's so versatile especially when I'm pressed for time. It consists of two 35 min interval/circuit workouts combining cardio and lower body or cardio and upper body weights. The cardio is intense and the pace and reps for weights is just right to go heavy. You will really feel worked out even if you just do one of the segments. I love to add one of them to another workout and Cindy is motivating and cues well. It gets a lot done in a short time. Love it!
