Lights are designed to connect to Arlo thru bluetooth connection. Does not connect to Arlo base station like an Arlo camera and this weird connection is a problem. If you do not have a smart phone you can not connect the lights to the Arlo system. Since I do not have a smart phone, I was mislead by the promo materials into thinking that the lights/Arlo connection could be made with my laptop. Lights need to be redesigned to allow security lights to connect to Arlo base station like the cameras connect to the base station. Lights are a great concept but product is badly designed.
