Well, first of all, it looks sleek and I like that the slots are wide enough for bagels. It heats evenly and it looks modern. I've replaced my old toaster which I've had for a few years and not only was it on its last leg, it needed to be shot and put out of its misery. But, its been replaced by a newer, sleeker toaster that's quite efficient. I'm very satisfied. Thank you.
