This is my third bot of this exact model. The first one I bought new. It lasted two years before the motor would stop mysteriously due to a sensor error. The manufacturer spent a lot of time troubleshooting with me but had no ability to repair or replace it under warranty. I've since bought two more refurbished units because they are much cheaper. If they last two years, it is still worth it for me. It's not the smartest bot, but returns to base when done despite several "obstacles" around my house. It tends to get stuck over any floor height transitions of 3/4" or more. It has decent battery life running for 90 minutes. It cleans a large area--dining room plus living room plus kitchen. The dust bin fills up every 3 or 4 days, and I have no pets. I had bought another bot for around the same price with a much smaller battery life, smaller dust bin and less suction. The mobile app is every simple but allows you to set multiple scheduled cleanings and you can pick which days of the week. I run it Monday to Friday. My house has enough obstacles that someone needs to rescue the bot when it gets stuck.Read full review

At first I liked this vacuum. It always found a lot of dirt and hair even when the floor looked clean. It actually vacuums mmy carpet better than my hardwoood b/c the hardwood has dining chairs and table and when it bumps them it goes off in a diffferent direction and never cleans that area before it runs out off battery. It lasts about 45 minutes and it was getting fully charged within a few hours where you could probably use it twice per day for 45 minutes if you spread the sessions out far enough. I liked the edge cleaning mode because that is where our dog hair and dirt and dust seems to end up. The vacuum is also low enough that it goes under mid mod furniture and beds with ease. Then the the vacuum started malfunctioning around 30 days after I bought it. The status light goes red like the battery is low and it needs to head back to the dock. The issue is that the vacuum has been sitting on the dock for 5 minutes when the light starts blinking red. On the app the status shows to be charging but the vacuum is flashing red and then beeping intermittenly. If you manually place the vacuum on the dock the light will go blue like the vacuum is charging and then within 5 minutes the status light turns red and the vacuum beeps over and over. Eventually it stops beeping and then starts the beeping again at random intervals all day and night. Not something you want in your house. It's currently in storage but when we get to our new house I plan to get it out and try the reset process again. Read full review

I am falling in love with this little guy after first time use. I have a house keeper that comes to clean my house every weekend. Since I have one dog and two children, my floor is always dirty. If you have crawling babies, you know they love to pick up the smallest pieces on the floor; therefore, I need to vacuum a few times during the week. It's very time consuming to do that. My husband and I often fight on who's turn to vacuum. This robot vacuum cleaner seriously can save my marriage. :) Pro: - easy set up to start. Just let it charge for a few hours and ready to use. -Move easily between furniture and rooms, and under the chairs and bed - strong cleaning power, picks up rubber bands to fine dust -easy to clean out the dust cup -automatic docking and recharging (this is my favorite function) -great value Con: dust cup is smaller than upright vacuum. since it's easy to clean, it doesn't bother me. Overall, this little guy does the job well. I am impressed.Read full review

This vacuum works well, bought it for my mother and is exactly like the Eufy 11 (not 11+) that I owned myself, with the additions of Wi-Fi. You don't need the app to work it, the regular remote would work fine, but an app on a phone mothers are already familiar with makes it easy to schedule and operate. Unlike the Roombas of the late 2000's, the parts are simple, easy to clean, and the robot almost always finds its way home, all while lifting unseen amounts of dirt off what I thought were clean hard floors. My mother has no complaint, and all praises for it, that alone is more than worth the cost. The longest setup part may have been having to read the instructions to set up WiFi, and you do have to sign up for an account to use the WiFi app to connect the vacuum to your WiFi, but the performance makes these minor offenses easily overlooked.Read full review

This is my first robotic vacuum and so far it is working well. It did bother me that it was so random in its path and I worried that it wasn't getting every where, but after about a month of use, I feel like it does a good job. It does slow down significantly over carpet so i mostly use it on my hardwood floors and a small area rug which is a shorter dense cut . It uses a lot more battery life when it runs on carpet. It worked fine on my bedroom carpet, I was just worried I was overworking it, but will probably try again! I know it has good suction because there is a lot of dust/dirt in the filter that I feel is coming from the carpet. I mainly got it because I have a dog that sheds terribly and if I don't vacuum almost daily, it collects in corners and drives me crazy. This is nice that I can turn it on and run errands or do another chore while it's vacuuming. It is easy to dump the dirt and clean the filter which is nice and the stair recognition does work as long as the sensors are clean. The remote is nice to have as well. It would be nice if it "memorized" the room like some of the high priced ones, but for a main floor with mostly hard surfaces, it suits me fine.Read full review
