Love the Galaxy Note II. It is big, easy to use and UNLOCKED! It is also a great bargain. Although they next wave of Galaxy Note cells are out, I feel no need to get them because this serves all my needs which are: phone, email with attachments, and camera. I am not a gamer nor do I want to peer at a screen and watch tv so I have no idea if this phone is suited to such tasks or not. I can listen to music and podcasts with it if needed. Since it is unlocked, nobody can keep me on a plan with a provider that I don't like. Not with an unlocked phone. Camera takes wonderful pictures. Voice quality is good. Like the stylus a lot. Used, unlocked phone that lets me pick the most reasonably priced provider: Terrific value.
I bought this phone due to its features and i am not an apple fan. There is NOTHING I dislike about this product. I love this phone. The stylus, the screen makes it easy to read. The dual screen option for attaching files in emails and multi-tasking makes life easy. The speed of the processor is super fast. Its a large phone but very light. I used to have the HTC HD2 and went to this phone. I like my HD2 but I love my Note 2.
This is my first Smart Phone, and am well pleased with it. I only have a simple phone plan, but bought this device mainly for it's Android O/S and 2 gig or ram. I have a 64 gig micros SD card installed and have plenty of room for addition things that I want to have on the phone including scads of photos and even a few videos. I have 2 Android tablets that I use frequently, but wanted something that I would always have with me to use when WiFi is available. Any battery problems that I had were related to the T-Mobile apps turning the phone on in the evening and draining the battery. That is fixed now by disabling the apps. I wanted a great phone at a great price and my Note 2 has done that. It has worked good out of the box and since I am familiar with Android it was not difficult to get it set up with apps that I enjoy using. Now I have the advantage of a phone plus a tablet since the screen is so large. It cost me $289 and that for me personally was a great value. Right now, there is nothing that I dislike about this product and plan to have it for the next 4 or 5 years, and that should amortize the cost to almost nothing. I would hardily recommend this product to anyone that wants a phone that they will be happy with for a very low price.Read full review
i bought this phone for my father. He loves it and will probably purchase another one soon. My father travels to caribbean 6 times a year and will most likely buy extra phones for his family. Thanks, Johnny

I love the phone, it is a great step up from my original Droid. It has a large user manual and after a few months, I have only read 2/3 of it and am obviously in need of learning about a few features. I was unaware that if I don't go through TMobile, I would miss out on some features, especially wifi calling. I went with Ptel for $40/month flat fee for unlimited everything. The 4g and wifi work well so I don't think I am missing the wifi calling feature?? The screen size is great but I have trouble fitting it into my jeans front pocket but it fits in the back. My dress pants are fine with it in the front pocket. I bought it about 3 weeks after the price fell some when the Note III was announced, but it seems the price on ebay fell quite a bit more the following weeks so I stopped looking. The touch screen and swiping finger response are great. The blue tooth works well with no drops in certain city areas as with my Droid. The notes/pen feature is great and I am finding more use for it. Script-to-type feature is great; it recognizes my printing and handwriting. I am having trouble using the multiple items on a screen feature. Screen large enough for movies.Read full review
