Vacuum shipped very fast. Arrived as described, in new unused condition. Box had a little mildew, one of the attachments had a bit of mildew on it. The actual canister, hose, wand, and power head were spotless. Vacuum functions as it should, and performs well. Would buy from seller again, good transaction!

Awesome value for a great vacuum. This is brand new, unused. Color is deep burgundy, even though the vacuum color on the box is blue. This is the second one I bought from this vendor (1st was years ago - still deep burgundy in color). About 15 years ago I bought one of these at Costco for about $650, when the normal retail was $1,000. That vacuum lasted about 12 years before the plastic housing (bag insert area) started to become brittle and break apart. This is very similar to a Miele.

    Do not buy!

    Do not buy! I made the mistake of buying 3. Two broke within the first month. The plastic hose is so old it cracks and breaks. I have 1 that is duct taped together and usable...for awhile. There are no available parts for this machine. Have tried everywhere. The other 2 went out with the trash, because they are not repairable...have taken them to a vacuum repair shop.
