Awesome product. It is not that heavy like I assumed. It is lighter than my phone and gearVR which is hard for me to use because of my neck issue. I thought phone vr is pretty good but HTC vive is way way ahead in term of graphics. The room play is what defines real vr. The only thing you have to be careful about is not to tangle up with the cable in the moment of continuous excitement or hitting something in front of you when you are getting to close to the vr boundary. HTC vive will tell you that you are hitting too close to the vr wall. Sometime later I will try to get a wireless headset and make a bigger room play to have more realistic play. The bad news is you cannot play too long without getting a little nausea. The ghosting is also bad if you not adjusting the headset properly and it does make you sick a lot faster. You just need to know where to set it on your head the way you always do. Too bad the FOV is too small hence the ghosting or whatever terminology we called it. My dogs looking at me funny everytime I am playing.Read full review

only 4 stars because as of now it seems gimmicky games are short or not of real value with replay due to it being at a stage of being new. When more and better stuff comes out it may be worth it more. But's we will see how good it is in the long run and when they can update it for use with a internet browers like the rift. But the Vive and rift are differant. Over Vive is better from reviews i have read

Its amazing. You put it on and your brain just accepts you're there. There are plenty of free and cheap games on steam to get you started with some really fun gaming experiences. The Google Earth VR will blow your mind. please make sure to trace your room boundaries appropriately. You need a 10 series graphics card in order to really play the thing, but if your PC is beefy enough its near life changing, as far as gaming goes. Its not too heavy, and I didnt really experience any motion sickness which was surprising. Downside is you can get sweaty, so keep a fan handy. And your eyes get tired after a while. After all you're strapping a tv to your face. IMPORTANT NOTE!: Please do not believe ebay new figures. Do not pay more than $500 for this system as that is the cost for brand new from the HTC website. And shipping is free.Read full review

The device is awesome once you have it setup! But if your not a techie person it maybe a little difficulty to setup. But it is so worth it.
