Pros: A real first person shooting game for Wii. The action is fast and the graphics are smooth and clean, and not cartoonish. (which seems to be the norm for 85% of Nintendo's titles) The single player campaign is well done but is simply a training tool for the games REAL bonus....the Wi-fi enabled live multiplayer mode. Playing in online games rooms with up to 12 players, the game is a heart-pounding thrill ride. ***Extra points***, a quick jab of the Wii controller delivers a rifle butt to your opponents face, and a flick of the nun-chuck throws or tosses a grenade. (depending on your motion) Cons: The single player mode can be mastered and finished in short fashion. Use of the Wii Zapper would have been an excellent addition to this title.
This game is a lot of fun. It's a straight up shooter, so don't expect anything new as far as plot goes. The graphics are excellent for the wii, and the game flows smoothly, with plenty of enemies and items to shoot and destroy. The interface and controller are fully customizable, the best I've seen for a wii game. However, even with all the the control options, the game play feels a little clunky, the nunchuk/wii-mote control scheme just doesn't feel right for this game. The online multi-player seems quite good, though I've only played it briefly. Looking forward to the sequel! 8.5/10
I like the special cover, it looks cool. And the suit in game isn't bad. The "art book" isn't a big deal, just a few pages from "art". In general, the limited edition from the conduit is good. ;)
