I bought this DS game, Digging for Dinosaurs, for my 5 year old son for Christmas. He loves dinosaurs and I thought this game was perfect for him. I Love everything about the game; it's fun, educational, and exciting for him. The one thing I dislike about it is the little mini games are just a little bit too fast for him for now. He is only 5 and he will definately get to hang of him though with some time. One wonderful thing about the game is that it will grow with him. It has different levels: Easy, Medium, Hard, and as you play and get points it unlocks even more games for your child to play. Overall I really Love this game for my son or any child that loves dinosaurs.

I bought this for my six year old grandsons first DS game. He has really enjoyed it and improved daily. I;m glad I did not get something that would just leave him frustrated. I wish it was easier to find games specifically rated for this age group.
Game works great, my 6 year old son is very happy with it, it's nice to throw some educational games into the mix.
Wonderful game for a 5-7 year old. My son was playing the first time for hours. Once completed, the game is again the same and to get it done is quite easy. If kids like repetition is ok, otherwise choose another game.
