Product Information

This GBA bundle includes the two of Spyro the Dragon's previously released handheld adventures, Season of Ice (2001) and Season of Flame (2002).

In Season of Ice, his first game away from the PlayStation, Spyro the Dragon sets out on a quest to save 100 magical fairies that have been trapped in ice by the wicked, two-headed Grendor. Luckily, Spyro's infamous flame attack is more than up to the task of melting this evil plan. In addition to his fiery breath, Spyro can glide and hover using his wings, or charge enemies and objects with his horns. As in previous adventures, the brave purple dragon teams up with Sparx the dragonfly, who acts as Spyro's health meter.

In Season of Flame, Spyro's second appearance on Game Boy Advance, the purple fire-breather is on a quest to regain his snuffed-out flame attack, through 25 levels of jumping and gliding action. Thanks to the evil dinosaur Ripto, all the dragons have lost their scorching power, paving the way for a surprise attack on Dragon Realms. Spyro is not helpless, however, as he can emit ice blasts to freeze his foes. To safely return to his fiery ways and to prevent the invasion, Spyro must locate a specific number of scattered fireflies -- the secret to the dragons' power -- in each realm.

another great spyro game, 2 in 1 pack. 2-d screen easy to play and enough levels to keep you interested. it lives up to all spyro games, the best in GBA is Attack of the Rhynocs but this is second probably because its a bit older. had lots of fun working out how to do things, but not so hard that you can't work it out. great for kids and adults.

Spyro Super Pack for Gameboy advanced/DS
I have always liked the Spyro series since I bought my first playstation. Now that I have a Nintendo DS and it plays the gameboy advanced cartridges, I thought it would be good to test it out with this super pack. It's excellent. Children can play but it's also hard enough for adults as well. I give this 5 stars.

My kids have loved Spyro for quite a while now, dating back to the old Playstation. It's simple, interesting, and easy enough for the younger ones to get into. Great Game.
