Excepting only "Conflict", "Battleship" is my favorite NES game. It is an advanced electronic version of the game with a wider variety of ships and a greatly increased amount of firepower/coverage and substantial surveillance improvements over even the modern electronic Battleship table top game. A one 'hole' sub and 2x4 hole carrier are added to your fleet as you compete at higher and higher levels. By the time you are at the highest level of competition on this early video game, most of your fleet has 2 attacks/vessel, and victory is dependent on 60% skill/40% luck and who can employ the specialty attacks the fastest and most effectively before the fleet is sunk.
