The US release of Bubble Bobble Featuring Rainbow Islands is a 2 games in 1 game containing: Original Bubble Bobble and Rainbow Islands. It is an exclusive US release (no Japanese release if I remember correctly) by Acclaim. What you get is 2 arcade perfect translation games on 1 disc! For Bubble Bobble, it's a 1986 smash arcade hit by Taito. Rainbow Islands is not as good in my opinion. I would just pick up this game for Bubble Bobble alone. Don't miss this one if you are a Bubble Bobble fan.
I remember playing this on NES in '92, but when I found out it was on the Saturn, I made sure I bought it. Bubble Bobble is very addictive and you will enjoy playing it for hours. It is also available for Game Gear. This version is great as well and you get passwords to continue your progress. You should be able to get this for a decent price, but it depends. I have seen it go as much as $30 on here.
