Originally an arcade game, it was ported to the NES, SNES, GameBoy, Turbo Graphix, and Genesis. The teams are made up of three players -forward, defense, and goalie. There are three periods of play. The goal is to get more pucks into your opponents goal than he does into yours. In the arcade you chose red or blue team. That was taken away in the NES; however, in the other versions, the colors were given city names: Montreal Reds, New York Blues, L.A. Yellows, Toronto Whites, Chicago Orange and Minneapolis Green. Fights can break out, but there are no penalties -the loser is just sluggish for a bit. (As a note, the NES version was not released commercially).
