Fans of 007 will enjoy this game. If you are familiar with Goldeneye for the N64, you'll get used to the control flow pretty easily. There are many differences in the feel and difficulty of this one, the graphics, of course get better with every console leap, textures are good for being an older xbox title. Sound is good, explosions clean and clear, and we have the signature soundtrack of course. Newer fortes into the realm of the World's most famous secret agent include the Connery era fueled "From Russia With Love", and the Rogue Agent series, which put you in a different role in the 007 universe. I would give this a wishy washy 7 to 8.5 out of ten, it plays solid, it is tough, but it gives a good "Goldeneye", like rush when you're anticipating and encounter or in the heat of a firefight. I want more gadgets in the next Bond games.Read full review
Used to play this when I was a kid on the ps2. Has awesome missions and little gadgets you can use. I used to love playing multiplayer with my friends and change the settings to what ever we wanted. Can't wait to play this again.

This game was pretty bad as compared to 007 Nightfire. The controls were messed up - you couldn't move while in zoom mode and they swapped the zoom in/out controls from what was shown on the controller setup screen. Some of the missions were insanely easy while other were really difficult and long. Worst part was the number of lives thing. You only get 2 lives so if you lose, start the mission again from scratch. Another problem - it was next to impossible to aim while on a ladder because the sideways movement would almost inevitably make you fall off the ladder.
