BALLZ 3D isn’t your typical fighting game. First, you’ll notice that the characters are made up of colored spheres resembling human forms. Secondly, the game has a scoreboard, which doesn’t seem out of the ordinary, but this scoreboard talks trash like nobody’s business. Aside from that, the gameplay itself contains the standard fighting fare. There are eight characters to choose from, as well as eight nasty bosses to fight. If you’re in the middle of a brawl and you pull off a particularly impressive move, you can watch it from any angle imaginable in the Instant Replay mode. In terms of attacks, you’ll find about three times as many moves in BALLZ 3D as you would in your average fighting game. In other words, if you don’t have BALLZ 3D you’re missing out
Very... unappealing game. It was somewhat cutting edge in its time, and does have somewhat neat background graphics, but overall the game it dull. I bought this because it has every part of the DS-1 addition for an everdrive
