The main problem with this game is using the dualshock controller. This game was not designed for a controller with no along. Instead of easing into the gas or brake, the triggers act like you're hitting the pedals as hard as you can. If you truly want to enjoy this game,i'd highly recommend getting the logitech drive force or drive force pro for ps2

Came complete as the listing stated, with all of the items included. However, the listing said it was “very good” and the back of the disc was scratched fairly heavily and with lots of smudges and gunk. There were a few photos but none of the back of the disc. The description also did not mention anything about the condition of the disc itself. Usually a “very good” to me means complete and in nice shape. The disc was contradictory to what I believe “very good” is and what I list my items as. I tested it and it still seems to work fine however, I am a collector and maybe would’ve looked for a different copy had I have known the back was in the condition it currently is. Maybe a photo of the back or added extra description would have been more helpful.

The is one of those games u dont wanna go pay $50 for, but worth every bit of $20. If u have played outer games from this series, this one is a bit different. The graphics compared to other games are lacking, but game play can be very eventful and exciting! The day scene lets you do sanctioned racing, but at night its all about your street cred'. The story line is interesting, modifications look good and work more realistics than some games. drifting is very difficult if ur used to a "need for speed" drifting oulook, this game is more real life. Your pick of cars seems to be all japanese (which isnt really a bad thing) many of the beginner cars can really be fun, and moving up to the "godzilla" and "titan" of the tuner scene will make this game well worth the time and effort! This game does have a nice variety of vehicles and dealerships, however the controls take some getting used to. What I like most about it, is that the difficulty and the time put into mastering a proper technique is essential to going further in the game. Most games have limited difficulty, and so the gameplay lessens as you go further. In most racing games, I discovered it was too easy to drift, and perhaps these games relied the most on HP, rather than other important factors like in this game. I admit, it isn't the greatest, but it is pretty good and this franchise is worth checking out.
I freaking missed playing this game, everything loads up quickly, there was no scratches at all, and came a day or 2 earlier. Its always fun going back to old times!
