This water dispenser is awesome. It is easy to use and I love the fact that I do not have to put the water upside down. My complains about this one are: ONE) the hose kind of gets loose once in a while and if you have no idea how to put it back, then you will be really frustrated; TWO) it does not fully cover the 3 gallons. I had to use a paper towel to make sure that no bug comes in the holes of the 3 gallons water. Other than that it is still great and I still recommend it.

I like the style of the cooler. A little louder than my old one when it is cooling the water, but that’s periodic so not a big deal. I gave the cooler three stars for two reasons: 1) I wish there was a greater distance between the tray and the spout so I could get bigger water bottles filled a little easier; and 2) I wish it had a light! I would not be so annoyed by the distance if the cooler had a light to allow my kiddos to check the water level as they fill their bottles. Overall, happy with it and it’ll do for now.

I was looking for a bottom loading water cooler and this one fit the bill. The unit has both hot and cold water but I do not use the hot water feature and this unit has the option of turning the hot water feature on or off. My only recommendation that I would make on this unit or any water dispenser is to have an option on changing the water temperature on the cold side as the water comes out cold, but I would like it just a little colder. It is a great water cooler and if you are looking to purchase one, look no further, this is the one.

great product, already seeing the savings in bottle water purchase and also the waste with kids not finishing the bottles they open. One feature that needs to be mentioned is the hot water feature. I can make oatmeal and instant grits without using the microwave- I will tell you that water is HOT

I really like the idea of the water bottle is kept inside the unit, makes it look a lot better, and also easier to load bottles. Unit works very well, one of the few things I bought from eBay and unboxed and started using the same day.
